My approach to treatment is highly individualized. I believe in seeing you as a human being not a diagnosis or label. This approach considerers all aspects of your unique circumstances without judgment, stigma or assumptions. This type of therapeutic connection will support you in the development of new skills that utilize your existing strengths, your individual values and your goals for treatment.
If you are new to therapy, or looking for a particular “type” of therapy, titles and abbreviations can get a little confusing. Below are some of the methods I employ. Each has a link to explain the process in a little more depth.
While the type of therapy is important, I want to emphasize my belief that an authentic therapeutic relationship is the foundation of success.
